What we collect

• Your postcode, name and email address.
• Your phone number and company name, if you give them.
• Your address, so we can come and look.
• What you need, which may include details of your garden.
• Whether you ask to receive marketing emails or text messages from us.

Why we use it

We use these details to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask for one, to prepare a quote. The legal bases are taking steps at your request before a contract (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in running the business (Article 6(1)(f)). If you tick a marketing box on the form, we rely on your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.

Who receives it

The enquiry form is provided by Jobber, the job management service we use, and your request is stored in our Jobber account. The form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, and Jobber uses Amplitude to measure how its form is used. Jobber and Google may process your details outside the UK. If you allow visitor statistics, Cloudflare receives the details of your page visits (without cookies). Our email provider is Google (Gmail), so the emails you send to minstermaintenance@gmail.com are stored with Google. We do not sell your details, and we only send you marketing if you tick the boxes for it on the form; you can unsubscribe at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep our customers' details, and the records of the work we do for them, for six years after the last job, as HMRC requires for tax records. If an enquiry does not lead to any work, we delete it after 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, to restrict how we use them, to object to their use, or to have them moved to another service. Contact us using the details above.
